DMCA Policy

2. Takedown Procedure

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, The FT Whistle will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content as soon as possible.
  • Notify the user who posted the content that a takedown request has been received.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice containing:

  1. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its original location on our site.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your signature (electronic or physical).

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a lawsuit seeking to prevent the use of the content.
